Summit GM is looking for a Service Customer Care Specialist to act as the liaison between our customers and service team. Your role will be to assist service customers with their booking needs as well as seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in customer relations through incoming inquiries, campaigns and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first point of contact to when a service is completed.
