Customer Experience Specialist @ Summit GM

Summit GM, part of Kaizen Automotive Group, is one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies and a leader in automotive retail. With a team of nearly 200 employees, we are looking to expand and looking to 

add a qualified CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST to our Body Shop team.

Role and Responsibilities:

This is a new position where the goal is to ensure the customer experience from beginning to end is seamless. You will be working directly with customers when they enter our Body Shop, walk them through the estimate process, booking of service, and all the details required to create an exceptional customer experience! The right personality, someone who can work with a team, and be able to prioritize when things get busy will be the key to success in this role.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Previous GM experience an ASSET
  • Previous body shop experience an ASSET
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment
