add a qualified CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST to our Body Shop team.
Role and Responsibilities:
This is a new position where the goal is to ensure the customer experience from beginning to end is seamless. You will be working directly with customers when they enter our Body Shop, walk them through the estimate process, booking of service, and all the details required to create an exceptional customer experience! The right personality, someone who can work with a team, and be able to prioritize when things get busy will be the key to success in this role.
