Our solutions are developed with a single focus, to help you make decisions in procuring, running, and disposing of your fleet. We help you secure a fleet that is fit for purpose by listening and learning about your business. We provide options to rent, lease, and or purchase the vehicles depending on your short- and long-term business goals. We have a fleet card program and 24-hour live support that helps manage and control costs. Combined with a telematics system, we integrate all the data into our industry leading analytics tool for you to administer and measure your fleet management performance. An arsenal of tools so precise that you know the accumulated fuel and maintenance cost of each vehicle, the overall usage of your entire fleet, with reminders for the health and safety of your fleet. 


About the Role

As we continue to evolve our Information Technology team, we are looking to hire an innovative and results-orientated Digital Solutions Manager. Reporting directly to the Management team, you will design, deploy, and manage Summit Fleet’s infrastructure landscape across multiple data centers.


As a solutions architect you are responsible for strategy development, identification, and selection of appropriate cloud/on-prem/edge services based on requirements and constraints, has deep subject matter expertise, and can evaluate new technologies for fit in current infrastructure architecture. You will work closely with the operational team to handle service escalation, identify and develop efficiencies, and ensure business outcomes are achieved.


Major Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with management team to design, develop, and oversee implementation of all enterprise infrastructure systems working with network and security leads to deliver optimized and secure solutions across the landscape
  • Offer strategic insight into roadmaps and manage application life cycles
  • Collaborate to establish the operating model with key stakeholders
  • Manage the costs, key performance indicators, service level agreements and delivery of applications
  • Facilitate opportunities to interface and align on standards and policies
  • Actively champion continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute towards organizational change management and people readiness activities in support of our operating model

Preference For

  • 5 years of related work experience and direct experience with IT applications
  • IT project or operations leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Data and Analytics technologies
  • Budget management and forecasting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to enable high performing teams and foster collaboration
  • Strong networking, relationship building, and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methods
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a technical degree
  • Automotive industry experience related to managing fleet of vehicles
  • Certifications with Microsoft and Azure
