Piotr Kulaga

I began my career with Kaizen Automotive as a finance manager at CMP in 2010. From there I had the opportunity to move into the Used Car Manager role with CMP. This gave me a chance to increase my interactions with not only our customers but with an enthusiastic sales team. I was given the opportunity to move to Shaw GMC as the General Sales Manager in 2014, and was sponsored into the NADA program, graduating with my automotive management. In 2015 I became the General Manager for Shaw GMC. Kaizen Automotive has given me the opportunity to build my career by increasing my knowledge not only through education but through the dedicated people that surround me. The people truly make Kaizen Automotive stand out. I love the people I work with and coming to work feels awesome!

Cathy Manten

My career started with Kaizen Automotive as the controller for CMP in 2006. Over the past 10 years we have added 8 dealerships, increased our accounting department from a team of 6 to 25, and created a centralized accounting department for the entire group. I am now the controller for Kaizen Automotive. At Kaizen, there is constant change and different opportunities available, never a dull moment. Kaizen Automotive has strong values and encourages collaboration to create better processes and policies to increase and improve our overall effectiveness. My career has grown and developed in many ways here with Kaizen and I am proud to be part of this dynamic team.

My career began with Kaizen Automotive as a Service Advisor at Sunridge Nissan in 2008. I have enjoyed every challenge and learning opportunity that has come my way. I continue to work at the Kaizen Automotive Group because they provide me with the opportunity to continuously learn, strengthen my skills, and challenge me in various capacities. I want to give back to a company that has given me so much. Kaizen Automotive values career growth and development and for this reason I have been able to progress to become the Service Manager at Country Hills Hyundai.
